I have to mail some important documents to my parents in Mexico and they need to receive them soon. By experience, USPS is very slow, even priority mail. I was thinking either FedEx or UPS, but I’m just unable to navigate through their shipping tools on their websites. Also, the destination is not a big city with FedEx or UPS offices, but a small rural town. Based on your experience, what service do you recommend? By the way, I live in North Carolina.

I correspond and send documents to relatives in the Philippines. Our most reliable way is to have a relative hand-carry and deliver it to our relatives there. It is the most reliable- though not most practical.
