The Mexican lawyer told my sister they could not take capital gains out of the country and so they put the house in the daughter-in-law’s name. My guess is you dont live in Mexico. Construction cost is usually given per square foot. If you want a bid you need a drawing or a model house from which to calculate expenses. You can use words to describe a room but it is faster in a drawing.
