Chris, do be ‘aware’ in Las Cruces, I love this city but there are some bad parts.
The New Mexico alcohol laws for on and off premises are:
7 a.m.–2 a.m. except Sundays.
If the club has an extra permit; sales (on and/or off premises) on Sundays are from noon until midnight.
And yes it is the same for the sale of beer and liquor.
Though it would not surprise me if Las Cruces nightclubs had their own hours.
