First, check with the State Department and see if they are sponsoring and programs. If they are write your Congressman and both Senators and ask for their help. You'll be suprised at how cooperative they will be. If nothing exists there, look into the Peace Corp. And I've heard of another, Cross Cultural Solutions. They sponsor programs as well.
