   You’d have to do your homework obviously. Where would you like to open it? Buying an old school or other interesting building in a downtown location is good. However - are you eligible for being a permanent resident in Canada? You should check that out first. Go to and click on one of the various links there relating to doing business in Canada and also visitors to Canada.
