I actually just recently moved from Nogales, Sonora to Hermosillo, Sonora after living in Nogales for 10 months, and I crossed into Arizona at least 3 times a week during the time that I lived in Nogales with no problems all I had to show them was my passport.

If you're a U.S. citizen just walk across the border. You don't have to give up your citizenship to live in Mexico.

As long as you have a passport, yes you can just walk back over.
