contact Medical Tourism Corporation through their website they can get you in touch with an overseas dentist as well as provide references of US clients who have used the overseas dental clinic or hospital.

Yes I used the people in the link below. If you email me I can send you the dentists mobile number who speaks English and was very helpful to me. I live here now and see this dentist a lot.
