		<description>You might need to say more about where you are going and where you are crossing the border but as far as I know...they don't know if you have a trial pending or not.  All they are interested in is if you have the correct papers which would be your registration for your vehicle, drivers licence, possibly your birth certificate.  They basically just want to know if you are who you say you are and if the vehicle you are driving is yours or not.  I am not just making this up...I sell insurance to travel into Mexico and a misdemeanor is just that...a misdemeanor not a felony.  Good luck at your trial and have fun in Mexico.</description>

		<description>Yes you can go in to Mexico with a pending misdemeanor. Misdemeanors Are normally only in the  State you got it in. Unless you get into trouble by that State. that is what they call a sister State And then they can take you back to clear up the charges And it not a good idea at all to Too get n to trouble in Mexico.</description>
